About the Role

The Regional Sales Manager/Director holds the primary responsibility of driving sales growth within the designated region through the cultivation and expansion of the reseller channel, specifier community, and the identification of new, substantial, and strategic end-user opportunities. This role requires seamless collaboration with the Chief Revenue Officer, as well as the Vice Presidents of Channel and Business Development within the company. The ideal candidate should possess a strategic mindset, excel in fostering collaboration, exhibit exceptional organizational skills, and demonstrate a self-starting initiative. This is particularly crucial in a dynamic work environment where next-generation products and solutions undergo rapid evolution.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Achieve and surpass regional sales and new account targets by actively engaging with Resellers, Consultant/Specifiers, and End Users.
  • Participate in the company’s sales and marketing initiatives, including the identification and pursuit of opportunities with major Fortune 1000 and strategic end-user clients to enrich the pipeline.
  • Act as a representative of Safetrust at industry, partner, and channel events.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to enhance Safetrust’s presence within the region and communicate the inherent value of Safetrust’s offerings
  • Foster the growth of the reseller channel and facilitate the incorporation of new enterprise-class resellers in the region.
  • Offer comprehensive channel sales training and support to both regional and national resellers at the branch level.
  • Deliver engaging presentations and educational materials to the Specifier/Consultant community to promote the inclusion of Safetrust’s products in project specifications, RFPs, and RFIs.
  • Contribute to the refinement of the company’s sales processes, the development of sales tools, and the identification of opportunities for improvement.

Skills & Experience

  • 10+ years of solutions sales experience with a track record of success in the security industry. Sales management experience valuable
  • Key industry relationships that can be leveraged to develop new F-1000 End-User sales opportunities
  • Demonstrated success in Channel development and management
  • Strong background working with Specifiers and End-Users
  • Excellent strategic sales, technical, communication and problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional presentation skillsĀ 
  • Ability to work independently and with a team
  • Strong pipeline development and forecasting skills
  • Excellent organization skills, and the ability to keep track of multiple tasks and goals
  • Strong proficiency in utilizing a CRM for account management and forecasting

Ideal candidates will also have:

  • Previous experience in the physical security industry and with integrated access control systems, identity management, mobile credentials, access readers
